Official Training Programs

The official training programs of STRONGER! Bodyweight Workout Series 2 designed by elite gymnast Nile Wilson in collaboration with Lachlan Walker and Tyson Edwards.

The STRONGER! BWS.2 programs cater for intermediate* to advanced bodyweight strength practitioners. Beginners can still make great use of the program (as can anyone else) by studying the program and taking what aligns with their goals and scaling the difficulty to their own level.

*Intermediate level means you have already achieved some bodyweight strength skills such as: Handstand, Muscle up, Back Lever, tuck Planche, L-sit etc. It's not imperative that you can already perform those skills, though they will allow you to get the most out of the program.
